Too expensive and too complicated for simple notary. If all you need is simple notary go elsewhere.

I got a will done by them. That was good. What wasn't good was using them for a real estate transaction. They insist, apparently based on BC law society advice, on using paper checks for this. Furthermore the turn around time - remember I have to come in and pick up a physical check to deposit - is at least a day and half if not two days. This is way too slow.

Martin and Shelly were a great team to work with. We had a nice little chat with Martin about our shared hobby of biking, he’s very nice and easy to talk to. Our closing process was a breeze. I wish I had used them for our first home purchase. We’ll definitely use them for our future home purchases. I highly recommend!

I’ve come to NW Notaries for multiple property purchases/sales and the experience has always been excellent. Angie, Shelly, and Abi are always really kind and helpful. In particular, they accommodated me so much when I had trouble with my bank. Angie (lawyer) has also been so genuine and helped me with some matters that she could have easily said are not her job. 1000% recommend them! The location is also very convenient.
