Sadly, I will not be working with this highly rated Notary due to the phone interaction I had with the presumed receptionist. If you are inquiring about what you need to proceed in getting documents notarized, I would advise you don't inconvenience their team with any type of clarification or general questions unless you want to be faced with a truly out of this world condescending response. I was honestly shocked at the tone, the interruptions and the absence of a single shred of customer service I was met with when asking very general questions that anyone acting as an NP should be able to answer with ease. Writing a negative review is not something I do lightly, as I understand everyone has bad days. But when acting in a critical role in a rural community with little to no options to go elsewhere, I felt others might benefit from knowing what to expect. Tip for the business: perhaps you should add to your website that you don't answer any questions one might have in accessing your services, provide an FAQ page to refer people to, or change your approach to folks not familiar with what it is you do when you pick up the phone.
