Their team here made a difficult experience that I almost wanted to give up on far more bearable. Since they were so genuine and encouraging I was able to see the other side of this hard time with an outcome I couldn’t even dream up on my own. Excellent experience with Marsha Bishop as my lawyer. Professional, relevant advice given. My case was well managed at every turn. Had some experience working with Simon there as well. After employing this law firm I have often said "you can't put a price on good legal advice". It is well worth it.

I gave them a 2. It was tough to give a 3. Thinking of a lot of headache I went through with this firm. Being generous. I liked Richard Johnston. How ever he retired a short time into my claim. (Imagine how it played out) He gave very practical and relatable advice when dealing with my icbc claim in the early stages. I wish, I had known he had plans to retire, before I allowed the firm to help with my claim. I feel like people most certainly can find a better lawyer at a better rate with more understanding, compassion and diligence when dealing with their customers. Claims really can come down to a lawyers experience. With Richard gone. I feel like customers can find more specialized lawyers on the market at bigger firms, sometimes at better rates. I feel like I burned through a lot more time with this firm than necessary. Also bigger settlements take up to 4-5 years. But my appraisals with this firm were low. More than twice as low for my personal situation with the accident being 100% no fault of my own. Would’ve cost me a lot of money. I feel like the idea of taking the short term offer was being forced on me for numerous reasons. I feel like there wasn’t enough skill here to make a settlement agreement possible. On a bigger claim. Your lawyer should leave you with nothing but clairvoyance and confidence in their assessment of your claim. If you do not have that here. I recommend following your gut.

I didn't use legal services. A family member used their services
They were pleasant.
The building is older.
There is very limited parking.
Elevator old and noisy and scary.
Should be two and a half stars but I can't speak to the quality of the legal services

I chose this firm in 2015 and all I can say is that I was taken care of from the beginning and the entire duration of our law suite .I had many difficultiesand Stuart Capusmade sure that I was comfortable.Stuart and Anna worked extremely hard to take care of me and a my affairs.They made sure that I came first. I couldn't have done the past years with out them ,they're the difference they went above and beyond. Today my life is pretty darn good I have a aches and pains however I've learned manage.I have my life my self respect honor and a wonderful group of individuals who have fought for me and this is absolutely 💯 remarkable I highly recommend this firm hands down they are your legs when you can't walk and your voice when you need to be listened to,much Respect thank you Shannon Friesen
