I wish I could give zero stars. I was charged double the standard rate for a basic certified ID service, which I later confirmed was significantly higher than what other local notaries charge for the exact same service.
When I returned to discuss the overcharge, the manager was dismissive and rude, simply stating "this is our price and it is what it is" and refusing to issue a refund or price match. I was also told that who knows you scan documents and bring it back!
To make things worse, I was asked to pay in cash, leaving me with no receipt or proof to dispute the transaction. This practice feels unethical and unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to avoid this notary office. In my opinion, their pricing and behavior are unfair and exploitative.
