I learned that if I truly love myself and I truly love my wife then I have to be free to love without judgment and expectations. And it will all work out, because I simply love myself with the marriage or without it. There is no better relationship then the one you have with yourself. A wife or any other relationship will align with that or it won't. And I promise you will still have everything you need. Because you authenticly love yourself.

I have been meaning to work on my emotional and mental health for the last several years and while I advocated counselling and the importance of taking care of mental health to those around me, I was not putting it into practice myself. My husband and I had been going through the motion of living as partners but we had emotionally drifted apart and was thus affecting our marriage, and with a new baby in our life, I felt that it was important to strengthen our relationship and re-ignite the romance that we felt in our early stages of relationship. My experience with Jeanell Greene has been nothing short of remarkable. First off, Jeanell is very honest, transparent, committed and is truly invested in me achieving a successful outcome for myself. From the first time I spoke with her I felt a connection that I failed to discern from other coaches/therapists with whom I had interviewed. Right away, she understood my struggles, mapped a plan of action and made a commitment to me that I could achieve the outcome that I was seeking if I was willing to commit to the process and do the work.
