I am regretful I feel the need to review Mr Pearson in a negative way, as he has been a long time lawyer and friend of my family. However, I used his service to help me with a charge I was accused and aquitted from. I instructed him to make sure I was was not guilty and he did a great job in court, as usual. When court was over and I paid the invoice I was informed by a police officer that this crime was still showing guilty on my record (a serious offense). When MTP Law was made aware they said I'd have to pay more money for them to get the charge dropped of my court files. I ask what is the point of paying a lawyer when your inncocent if he let's the charges stay on your court files and cause life long problems. I feel he knew well ahead this would happen and has since done nothing to help. I have recently hired another firm to fix their mistakes. I would recommend getting agreements in writing clear as day before hiring this firm. I have had serious issues regarding this matter and have had enough wondering why he did this. I feel this should be heard by everyone thinking of hiring MTP Law. I hope he rectifies the situation and I will be able to recommend him as the best as I have done for years.
