I would not recommend TJ Senko as legal counsel based on my experience. He consistently failed to communicate, leaving me without important updates on my case. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and I was often left in the dark about upcoming court dates and the status of my file.

On at least one occasion he failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing, forcing his colleague to attend at the last minute by video. This lack of reliability and professionalism undermined my confidence in his representation.

I also found him dismissive and rude when I tried to ask questions. My serious concerns regarding safety issues were minimized, despite police involvement that confirmed my concerns were legitimate.

In my view, Mr. Senko’s lack of communication, professionalism, and care caused me unnecessary stress and harm. I would strongly caution others to consider different legal representation.

Tj was the lawyer on my file of a cfsa matter regarding the protection of my child. He did not show for the protection trial, did not notify me when affidavits were put in, and did not represent my child in a manner to protect her. He sent a new lawyer who didn’t know the case to be at the trial, and when he was in court, he was focused on his phone . Tj never returned phone calls, and seemed unconcerned with protecting a child. Many things were misrepresented and he did irreparable damage to the court file my new lawyer is now trying to correct.
I would never recommend him .

Tj replied to my email right away from when I first reached out all the way though. His fought for my case like it was his own. I went through 3 lawyers and TJ did more for me in 2-3 months then 2 lawyers did in 6 years . Thank you for everything Tj i’m great full.
