Dallas was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I was given documents to sign & notarized at the last minute. Sellers gave documents to sign 2 days before closing. I had to rushed to get it notarized. Dallas was going to stay after closing to accommodate me. In the end, I could only make it in the next day. He was very accommodating and squeezed me in the next day. I would definitely go to him again.

He is very knowledgeable, efficient and his is cost of business is very fair. I live in a VERY remote area and I have made a 3 hour drive a few times as I know I will have the continuity of service that I need. Thanks for everything Dallas! Worth the drive and always a pleasure.

Dallas finalized my refinance, his communication was professional, clear, and quick. He was able to offer clarity as needed and the whole process was finished with two short visits and couple emails.

Highly recommend if you need someone in the western communities his office is centrally located with ample parking!
