My experience with JC Immigration was disappointing, to say the least. Initially, they seemed knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive, presenting themselves as experts in their field. However, over time, it became clear that there was no concrete plan, communication was poor, and response times stretched to weeks. Despite my repeated inquiries, offers to pay for additional support, and efforts to get clarity, I was left in the dark about how I was being supported as a client.

Ultimately, I felt completely alone in navigating Canada’s complex immigration system, doing all the work myself while struggling to get assistance or timely responses.
