I am new to Camrose and am very impressed with the care I receive at DynaLIFE. I always make an appt and I have never had to wait to be seen more than a few minutes. (5 times already) The staff has always been very sensitive to my needs and don't rush me!

Do not go in if you need to get other stuff done in a day.

It's very hit or miss if you will get in in a timely manner. I have both booked appointments and walked-in. Appointments still have a wait time of 30 minutes at least, and I have waited up to 1 hour during a walk-in. They don't always tell you the wait time, and I have waited 30 minutes after being told there is a "small wait" only to be told that there is another 30 minutes before I can get in. Communication between the staff and patients needs to be better. Even if you get in right at open there is a guarenteed wait.

Went for in to book an appointment for a blood test as I was under the impression the lab only took appointments, not walk ins. Came in and the lab tech went over my doctor lab test request and told me to book the appointment online or by phone, which is understandable. Booked an appointment later that week. Went in for the appointment, I was told they could take my blood that day but unfortunately, due to a requested secondary test on the form, I was only able to get those secondary tests done between 8-10 AM (It was too late that day)Why this could not have been told to me the first time I was there I do not understand. The lab tech could have easily told me "Oh and by the way, your form indicates you need x tests done, which can only be done in between 8-10 AM. Make sure to book that time or walk in first thing" (I didn't even know they had walk ins available, I wasn't told when I went in the first time)

The lab also states that they have a commitment for patient privacy, doesn't help that one of the lab technicians talks VERY loud and you can hear her talking details to her patients from the waiting room.

Tom was great and hit the vein on the first go which doesn’t happen often with me! Make an appointment! I had one so it was smooth and fast to be seen.

Why bother making an appointment. Still wait 15 minutes and up. Why is this so hard for dynalife to understand . Hire more staff or don’t have the appts so close together. Bottom line is money for them.

First time a lab tech has ever gotten blood without having to poke around in my arm. Usually it leaves a large bruise but not this time. Ladies are nice and got me in at my scheduled time.
