I recently purchased my first house and engaged this property lawyer to assist with the legal aspects of the transaction. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to their failure to provide an estoppel certificate, which is a crucial document to verify condo fees and other important details.

Because of this oversight, I was unable to confirm the correct condo fee amount before closing. This led to unexpected financial obligations and uncertainty regarding my expenses. When I addressed this issue with the lawyer, they dismissed responsibility, claiming that if I had known the exact condo fees upfront, I wouldn't have bought the property.

Their attitude during my case left me disappointed with their professionalism and sense of accountability.
