Please don't make same mistake I did and retain this paralegal based on the info found on her webpage. In trial proceedings this is very weak, forgetful, confused and without any strategy paralegal. She forgot to bring her glasses to the court on my trial day.
You will save yourself lots of $$$$ and frustration taking care of your trial by yourself.

We had a bad purchase experience on the Caribbean island St Kitts with a store called JEWELS BY RICHIE. They sold us a synthetic stone as precious genuine gemstone with a GIA certification paper. When we went though credit card chargeback. We were asked to provide a bona fide letter. This team not only provides us a lot of leagel advise but also goes on extra mileage to ask their own contact who is a Canadian certified gemlogoist and appraisal personal write a letter to support our dispute claim with credit card company.
