Exceptional Legal Service – Highly Recommended!

At first, we were simply looking for a notary service and came across Jacob and Ross Law Firm located at Newmarket. When we were told the service was free, we were honestly surprised, as notarization can be quite expensive—especially with multiple documents to sign.

Michael Kishinevsky, the lawyer who assisted us, was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He handled everything in a timely manner and made the process seamless. Additionally, we had other legal matters that required advice, and we were grateful to receive a free consultation.

A big shoutout to the front desk staff who answered our call and scheduled our appointment. They were courteous, helpful, and made the whole experience even smoother.

I recently had a consultation with Mihail Kishinevsky at Jacob Ross Law Firm and found the experience disappointing. Despite confirming that it would be a 30-minute free consultation, Mihail frequently reminded me of his $400/hour rate during our 20-minute conversation and kept mentioning that he needed to leave. He came across as arrogant and unfriendly, repeatedly emphasizing that he has three years of law school. When I requested a quotation for preparing a letter, he seemed uninterested. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mihail Kishinevsky. I suggest finding a lawyer who genuinely cares about helping you.

I would like to thank Michael Kishinevsky from Jacob Ross law. Last year we've run into a big problem with our Condo Corporation which could cost us 20K in special assesment. Michael was incredibly generous with his advice and support. He explained us what our next steps should be before getting him involved in actual legal dispute with property management company and helped us to draft proper legal letter. We've succesfully changed Board members and Property Management company following his instructions. New Board members ended up hiring Michael as our corporation lawyer and he keeps providing great advice and support to our comminity. I would highly recommend Michael Kishinevsky!

Avoid at all cost. This law firm is ignorant, unorganized and does not respond in a timely matter. They are also very dishonest with their pricing as you can be positive your bill will be more than double what was initially agreed on. With above average costs, you can expect over a 2 month wait for paperwork with nothing but hassle and discourteous attitudes. I DO NOT recommend supporting this business for any matters.
