How can your office advise the executors to leave the beneficiaries in the dark without opportunity to understand the beneficiaries rights and procedures, just one sentence the executors have full power to do whatever they want without notifying the beneficiaries, selling property without allowing beneficiaries an opportuniy to revisit the deceased home,and pick up their own personal belongings?

Very disappointed with the office whoever replying to client without knowing what should be done.
Sent a cheque to a beneficiary living in Quebec with the wrong name asking the beneficiary to BRING the cheque back to the office Monday to Friday to exchange for a new check because the made a mistake
Is this reasonable. Did he ever think of his negligence? Did he know where is Montreal Quebec? What type of answer is this?

Complained about client pointed out their mistake and wasting his time to read what type of attitude?
We put the comments here as we do want to receive another invoice since we cannot expect any answer from the office
Beneficiary asked for discrepancies clarification , simply ignore and not reply just complain email too long wasting time to read where is the office professionalism?
