MEDIOCRE service. I arrived to this firm in early October 2017 requesting guidance and help with my family case. they promised they would help me and told me that my case was a good one to win. they asked me for a retain amount which I willingly paid and they started to work. Days, weeks months went through and if I didn't reach out to them to ask what was the next step, I didn't have any follow up from them. The only communication was phone calls and emails letting me know that they were working on my case and they were waiting for the other party to negotiate, and OF COURSE to send me the new balance I owed them from the emails and phone calls that didn't accomplish anything in my case, I dealt with them for more than 7 months to get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but a huge debt in their fees, more than double of the initial retainer fee. Last communication I had with them was in early December 2017. the funny thing is that after I wrote this review, I was contacted by them again to ask me to follow up with my case, after 4 months without hearing from them and the owner, Mr Ganapathi, asking me to remove this review or at least remove the word: "Unethical" otherwise they will sue me.

Finally, tired and frustrated to not receive any answer to my questions and seeing no progress in my case, I hired another firm, a well known firm that at the beginning I didn't want to hire because I thought it would be more expensive. However, in less than 1month they collected all the information by themselves, contacted the other party lawyer and winning my case getting all the requests I claimed in the agreement for LESS THAN the initial retainer Ganapathi law firm charged me to accomplish NOTHING.... YOU MAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS.

Besides assisting me with my matrimonial situation, Ganapathi Law Group has also guided me through an estate issue and helped me in a business dispute. They have been very proactive and efficient in 'finding the facts' and then determining the options for a course of action. They are very flexible for meetings and they stay in close contact with me, but will only contact me when there is a substantial amount or an extra important item for discussion. They have taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders...who needs a shrink when I have Ganapathi Law Group? Thanks Mr.G and co!

Great firm, excellent service. As I read the last few reviews, it is obvious Nahid is disgruntled and got their friends (Eric & 'John Rami') to post a bad review. It seems like Eric has it out for Law firms as he gave another law firm in Metrotown a 1 star rating.

I highly recommend this firm as they are transparent, hard workers and great people.
