Garbage service, I was parked at the Flying J in Hope & noticed a nail in my drive tire, I called Hope Truck & Trailer to see if they would be able to do a repair on my tire & was told yes bring the truck down (2 mins away) and they would fix it, when I arrived less than 5 minutes later I was told they was closed and couldn’t fix it today, I said I was willing to pay for after hours service & they still declined to help me.

I can't recommend a better shop with better people. They helped me so much through my whole purchase of a dump truck, did inspection process, they always picked up there phones to correspond while I was out of town which is a big deal in this day and age. It brought me a huge amount of peace of mind.
They went above and beyond in every way and then went to another level of beyond when I had a freak incident with a bearing failing on the way out of town and they dropped everything and came to the rescue and got me fixed up and did the impossible to fix it so I could get home to Tofino, Just amazing people and friends for life.

Travelling into Hope I ran out of gas just before the service station and pulled into their yard. In Seconds I was offered help by the staff who went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even went as far as driving to the truck fill station to top up my jerry can and deliver it back to me. Couldn’t have been a better place to have stopped and am grateful for the help they provided.
I would return here for their business with confidence and trust.

Outstanding service both professionally and personally. They’re the best - be sure to go to them if you’re in the area and need the work done right! We had major cargo trailer issues towing from Vancouver to Newfoundland. In Hope, Ravi showed up promptly after calling for assistance. We spent a total of 3 days with these guys and they were relentless in their efforts to make sure we got back on the road quickly and safely - even working late hours, and allowing us to park in their space, and helping us out with a motel for the night.

HTT not only installed bearings, spindles, brakes, wheels and custom fixed our axle at a fair price for us to travel the rest of the way but, they also prepared us for what lay ahead with friendly advice and genuine service and interest - checking in with us on the final legs of the trip.

It was a pleasure that we were fortunate enough to break down close to Hope Truck & Trailer. Not just a truck repair shop, it’s clear that these guys have been working together for a long time, efficiently, and with the customer’s needs at the forefront. Our Travel trailer blew out a bearing near Hope on Hwy 3. Saw good reviews for Hope Truck & Trailer Repair on Google, went to see them (about 2 pm). They checked out the pics and hub I brought and came to see our trailer and determined we needed a new hub, bearings, and so on. The parts ended up being ordered (from Langley I think). The parts came in by 5 and the guys came out to our trailer and installed it right away and we were away by 5:30. We fully expected to spend a day or more and didn't know what we were going to do with our trailer on the side of the highway during that time. Luckily and thanks to Ravi and his employees, we were only delayed a few hours! Great service, reasonable price and very satisfactory results! Thank you!
