When you call to ask whether or not they will accept your enquiry, expect them to say yes even though they can't handle your case, they are only after the fee you pay. and about the fee, take note of the price the reception gave you over the phone because by the time you show up in person, the same reception lady that give you a lower fee over the phone will give you a much higher fee before you even see the lawyer and you have to pay it.
It's just the tactics they use to get customers to pay their rent even though they know they can't take your case
