Unprofessional is an under statement. just got off of the phone 2 minutes ago after speaking with a very rude lady named I believe Donna or Christine I don’t remember however I’m appalled at the way I was treated. This firm messed up my birthdate on my house deed and I tried to contact them and I was yelled at and spoken to very rudely being told it was not a big deal and that I could just tell my insurance company there was an error however that is not the point. If you mess something up as a Reputable business you should fix this. I was charged money to have this done. And the job was not done right. How a reputable firm can treat people like this is pathetic. How you raise your voice at someone who has literally done nothing wrong and speaking in a normal and non-psychotic tone of voice is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to speak to a bunch of very rude, arrogant and Useless people. I will be seeing what I can do about this further.

I rate this Law Firm one star I would give it to zero Stars if I had the choice!

The lawyer I dealt with do not listen to what I wanted done and proceeded to do everything his own way!

He overcharged me by exceptional amount! He did not go through the billing with me or ask me before doing things! Je just did them. I went to his office three times once was for less than 10 minutes because I had my daughter there and two other ones were 25 minutes and the other was 20 minutes! I know this because I was always told to keep track of the time when sitting with a lawyer. So I did so to find out that his times in my times did not match.

Another issue was he set up a settlement conference which was completely useless and a waste of my money, this was to step in front of a judge to hear their advice but none of it had any effect whatsoever on my case. Basically just going to talk to a judge to say hey this is my problem what do you think. So instead of doing something productive with my case I paid for this. And not for him to actually do work he sat back and collected $5,000. This man does not work for his money

A lot of his emails and phone calls were exceptionally long as well as writing letters! Who takes 40 minutes to write a letter. For a guy who's been doing this for 20 years plus you have templates for letters Etc making things quicker to save time. This guy is a crook. That is how he makes his money is off of parents who are fighting for their kids. I would not recommend this Law Firm to anyone! The last lawyer I use charge me a lot less and got make shared custody of my daughter and half of the Child Benefits!

Being an A+ Credit of business myself an A+ business deals with customers with integrity and respect and honesty! None of which were used here. Very unsatisfying and for any future clients I hope that you keep track of your billing and make sure the lawyer is not doing things they are not asked to do. Keep in mind you are the one who hired the lawyer you are the boss not the lawyer. For $5,000 I had a pretty crappy lawyer. Great paycheck for him unproductive on my end

I rate them zero stars I ask for pricing and the lawyer Tye set me a price he said nothing more or nothing less witch was a bit pricey but my Real estate agent told me there pretty good so I went with them don't they jack up my price x3 the day before my close I go to my mortgage broker if there's anyway we can do this with anyone else she said no so I had to close with them they are signed on to my mortgage I'm out of town so I came to the office i was told a set time I didn't get in to close till 2 hours later and he didn't have paper work ready he was walk around the office who has what I would never go back to this place Ohh and the girl in the front super rude

Watch them very closely. They will claim you owe more money after everything is done. They won't even call you to discuss it, just send a bill.
