Avoid this law firm by all cost! They will quit on you if you don't settle for pennies the insurance company will throw your way even when they know how much you've suffered. God works in mysterious ways. Thank you for dropping my case which led me to find a better lawyer that settled for almost half a million. Bode is wicked and unprofessional. His staff just as rude. Ridiculous bunch of people. The number of people that have left that firm is crazy. Every time, different workers. Trash! You should be ashamed and I pray that one day your evil deeds will catch up on you and you lose your license.

The worst experience of my life. folashade was very nice and so was the receptionist but our actual lawyer Denise, was rude from the beginning until the end. Any request that was made was met with an aggressive attitude and reluctance. I was very shocked by this behaviour because not once did I get rude or raise my voice so I expected the same respect in return.

She made it very clear that she didn’t want to speak with us about things and didn’t even advise on how much they will be charging us. Even now that the deal is done we still don’t know how much we were charged by the lawyer as we haven’t received the breakdown.

We went with her under recommendation of our agent despite reading the negative reviews. If you are reading this don’t make the same mistake we did. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was really disappointed when I see such low office with full staff of mr bode employees or low students or co-up students services so unprofessional lies and miscommunication intentionally.
I had a case against insurance claim of hit and fun cas when ridding my bike and the cas ended to mediation just before we go to last step I dicided to settle the case with $10000 and the day of payments not answering the telephone as he always do with other of his clients that I have been told throw his worker.
Mr Bode in the last minute he sending me email just one hour before I meet him in office to pick up my cheque that I have pay him for his service $12,395
for mail and photocopies and some Dr assessment that I never been, pulse his fees witch %35 from what I get.
Mr bode was so rude and so unprofessional with his deal and I will stop him doing that to any one that goes to him for legal service and I will tell my stories in all social media net work and I will seek my rights and will go back to Ontario small case court to file my lost and report the disloyal of person that I trust.
