Very Bad Experience with Receptionist in this office. I just walked in today in order to find notary service availability, so that I can come next time with all documents needed in order to get my documents notarized. But the Lady at the front office start saying to me” you need to call us before coming” . I said, I am not asking anything today and just here to gather information to come again ready. But she was not listening and try to tell whatever she wants to say in a vary rude way. She has ZERO sense of customer service, very Unprofessional and don’t have General knowledge about sitting in the law office. I didn’t get the chance to see others in the office. This lady is definitely a BAD ADD to any office. Fire her right away and give this place to someone better person if really needs customer in this office. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I called in to check if they can notary attest 2 pieces of my identification as i was just outside their office. The lady was very rude and said "Don't you know that you have to book an appointment first and the lawyers are not free all the time" instead of saying that no lawyer is available at the moment.
Hire some professionals who knows how to speak to a customer.
