Went with my friend to help him figure out his case. We met the lawyer day of his last court date. The lawyer wasn't even prepared when we were supposed to be in court within an hour. He forgot some of the details of the case itself and then said you are going to be fined X amount and receive harsher consequences when this was not discussed before. You cant say one thing and contradict yourself the day of the trial. I understand things don't go according to plan but he shouldn’t be making false guarantees and saying its a straight forward case. He will tell you what you want to hear when you are first retaining him and then put no effort and screw you over anyways. First time i seen a lawyer act like that, they are the ones supposed to be helping us in rough times especially when you are paying so much. The guilty plea that took place after was the same deal we would’ve got if we just hired a public defender. Such a waste of time money and effort. False promises, super unprofessional and incompetent. Didn’t even answer some of the questions when asked he would just sit there laugh and ignore the questions. Find someone who actually cares about your future and their job not just the money. These old guys are getting outdated and cant even keep up with their own work. This was the laziest and most disappointing job as a lawyer i’ve ever seen. DO YOUR RESEARCH. SAVE YOURSELF.

Horrible experience. Charged me way too much, got me the worst deal possible. If I were to represent myself I would have gotten the same deal he got me. I paid him to take a plea deal for exactly what I got charged for. I was given fake promises that he will beat this, or get me a good deal this and that, until the day before court where at this point already got all the money he wanted, and no longer cared. If you actually want to beat your case, DO NOT GO HERE! Super unprofessional, liar, deceiving. Horrible lawyer, you have a better chance with a public attorney or even representing yourself.

Response to his reply: look at how the lawyer who I PAID for is speaking because of his own horrible work. Yeah you are right it’s not your fault when a client is charged, but you charging them money and promising to get it dropped or get a good deal until the day before is wrong. What’s also wrong is you charging that much money to people and in the end getting the same deal if I just went and represented myself I would’ve got that deal. Why do you take on cases where you know you can’t help? Why do you charge and scam people out of their money knowing “there is no defence”? I know many many people who have had worse cases than mine and they beat it, and they paid the lawyer less than you charge. My biggest mistake was trusting this despicable deceiving lawyer with my case who completely ruined my life in doubly. I thought paying the extra money for a good lawyer would increase my chances of getting a good deal or getting my case dropped, but when you literally got the same deal I was offered myself without you, and told me to accept it with no negotiations was what made me really frustrated. If you knew from the get go that “there is no defence” first of all you shouldn’t have took the case. Secondly, you shouldn’t have made those false promises how your gonna be able to get it dropped or At least a decent plea deal. Until the day before court where you actual told me and exposed yourself for being completely useless. You did not deserve a dollar out of me, and I hope you don’t deceive anyone else the way I was deceived, and I hope people actually read this and choose to go to a real lawyer not a some lying scammer. PLEASE anyone reading this, if you have a serious matter and want to save your future, DO NOT GO TO LAKHWINDER SANDHU, GET YOURSELF A REAL LAWYER WHOLL HELP YOU. Anything lakhwinder can do for you, I CAN DO MYSELF and I’ll only charge you $50 I promise😂😂. You can represent yourself and get the same outcome this guy will get you. He will promise you a lot of different things until the actual court date comes, than you’ll see how much of a lying scammer he truly is.
