Justin thinking of my Lawyer, Jessica Champan. I had her as my divorce lawyer. She and her legal assistants were excellent. It was very difficult for me mentally so I wasn't the best client. I had nothing but understanding and support from Jessica and her team. Reading these comments is certainly nothing I experienced. I expected exactly what I paid for. The girls were always available immediately and answered all my concerns. I thank her and her team very much. I'd definitely go back, hopefully I will never have to. lol.

3 years ago today Jessica Chapman filed false/fabricated documents with the court to mislead the presiding judge prior to an “emergency application” because of Ms. Chapman’s gross negligence and misconduct my children were placed back into the care of a high risk offender of family violence. I have not had access to my children in 3 years.

Kelsey is a great lawyer who is patient, thoughtful, thorough and very timely in moving the case forward and responding to questions I had. She approaches matters practically, and is direct in communication. I felt her fees fairly represented her work, and she was careful to outline any anticipated costs ahead of time so that I didn't receive fee shock. I would definitely recommend her to anyone going through a divorce. Your in good hands!

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, waste your money! I was referred to Jessica by another lawyer in 2021 and here it is 2023 and near $10,000 later, still going to court with my ex whom I left in 2009. I have the female version of an ex that a man typically deals with. Jessica went on a leave of absence and it was not even communicated to me. I did not even know that I had yet another conference in August (2023)until May (2023). So now that I cannot afford them anymore as my funds have been depleted, and a hearing in January 2024, so the saga continues, with now no lawyer to represent me. It's like I just threw away $10,000 with nothing to show for it. Do yourself a favour and save what money you have as this law firm will drag things out, cost you thousands and get you nowhere but a dead end road and broke.

They tell you one price then 3 days later they double it...
Then if you want your file back they will charge hundreds and hundreds just to email it back too you
The most corrupt and.dishonest firm in Nova soctia...
If you ever want to see your kids again never use this firm will cost you tens of thousands with no results...
The only consistent occurrence is they will surely ask for more money weekly and.not provide any solutions....
