Amazing place to take little ones! My son loves it (2.5yrs). The staff are amazing, very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Nice place for children and parents alike to make new friends!

I cannot say enough good things about The Family Place. My baby loves coming here and I do too. The staff is so welcoming, there’s a huge variety of clean toys and books all in great condition and we’ve even made some new friends with the other families who visit here. We love it so much we recently held my daughter’s first birthday party here on a Sunday. The party host was lovely and even helped with setup and cleanup and all our guests said they had a fantastic time. If you’re feeling shy about checking out a new place - just go for it. I only wish I’d visited earlier.

Oh my goodness I love this place. I wish someone had told me about this place when my kids were younger, I would have been here every day! Right now, I bring a little one that I care for and they love it. The main room has an array of toys- puzzles, cars, kitchen, doll house, magnet tiles, little people...just to name a few for the toddlers. They have a great baby space for younger ones to hang out with buddies and caregivers. The gross motor room is so fun for all, with ride on cars, mini trampoline, tunnels, slide and stepping stones. There are daily activities for the children too. To have somewhere to gather with friends, or to make new ones, this place is perfect!

The Family Place has been a lifesaver during both of my maternity leaves! I’ve gone almost every day with both of my kids, and they both loved the gross motor room for crawling and climbing, as well as the main room filled with toys like musical instruments, trains, and a kitchen set. I’ve participated in 2 registered programs, the parent and baby yoga program and the infant playgroup, and they were fantastic for bonding and meeting other moms and dads in the community. The staff are always so welcoming, greeting you (and your child!) by name and remembering little details that make you feel at home. It’s such a supportive, friendly space for both parents and babies and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot rave enough about The Family Place! It’s a true lifesaver for families with young children, offering a wide range of programs and drop-in play opportunities. The staff is beyond wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and truly passionate about creating a positive, safe space for both children and parents.

The activities they offer are thoughtfully designed to be both educational and fun, fostering creativity, motor skills, and social interaction. Parents get the chance to connect with other families, and share experiences. I personally have met many families at the Family Place who have now become close friends!

If you’re looking for a nurturing environment where your child can grow, play, and thrive, The Family Place is absolutely the place to be. It’s a a true hidden treasure in our community!

The family place has been my go-to spot on my mat leave. I have met the nicest people and my daughter has the best time. There are toys for all ages! I have also attended their programming and it was so fun. You won’t meet nicer or more welcoming staff. I am so grateful for the family place!

I went to the family place on a weekly basis on both of my maternity leaves. Both of my kids first bdays were also hosted here. Great spot to get out and not only meet other moms and socialize, but expose your children to a different environment. The staff are second to none! Thanks for making my mat leaves the best!

After just 2 visits, I got a long email with many random unnecessary complaints. Didn't feel welcomed at all even though they say it's a place for everyone! We speak a different language, and I guess only English speaking families are welcome. Not all! The place feels claustrophobic, not enough natural lights. It's a small basement jammed with toys ! Not recommended
