We recently closed a house with the firm. Khalid is very professional, easy to work with. I was a first-time homebuyer and did not know much about the process. We recently completed a purchase and sale transaction with Uzma & Khalid Law Professional. The purchase went very smooth and Uzma was always answering our questions.
There were some hiccups from the purchaser side with their lawyer's wire transfer which delayed the close process but Uzma dealt with it very professionally. She did all she could and engaged directly with the sending bank to resolve the issue. Highly recommend her.

Their bank froze a wire transfer when I was purchasing a home that had nothing to do with our side. We showed proof of transfer of funds but refused to provide us with the keys to our new home. My closing was delayed by three days. We incurred extra moving costs, stress and wasted time off work. The issue should have been between their client and their bank. We, the buyers, were completely clear of any kind of errors or wrong doing, yet went through one of the most stressful time of my life

Mr. Khalid closed my house yesterday with his extra ordinary law practice skills. There was 2nd Mortgage on my previous house. Lender was blackmailing me to pay extra 43k cad. Unfortunately can't sugarcoat my words, because of her negligence I lost over $60,000 to a builder because she was communicating with the wrong lawyer when I asked her to get an extension for the closing.
I took me 1 month to find out after she kept saying she was waiting for the builder's lawyer response the builder was telling me that they never received any correspondence from my lawyer.
She did the same thing to client of mine, on closing she sent the funds to close the transaction to the wrong lawyer thus my clients couldn't move into their home over the weekend as was planed for a very long time.
Reading all these good reviews makes me wonder if I was the only unlucky one or these are all her friends supporting her business.
