I had the lawyer Erika Zagasta for my separation contract with the father of my son, the process took 2 years, to keep it short and all in favor of the father of the child who abandoned us and did not help us for 2 years. He did whatever he wanted because "my lawyer" wanted us to accept everything they wanted in order to finish the process quickly. It was the worst thing that happened to me, besides she spoke to me very badly and always told me that if I didn't like her that I could do without her services.
I chose her also because she speaks my language (Spanish) since English is difficult for me and she only made me talk to her assistant in English and told me that if I wanted to talk to her in Spanish I had to pay the consultation fee of $268 just to have her tell me in Spanish the same thing that the assistant told me in English for free. It was the most horrible and stressful 2 years of my life because of this lady and once I signed the contract she abandoned me and said that if I had questions I should pay for more consultations.

Tuve a la abigada Erika Zagasta para mi contrato de separacion con el padre se mi hijo, el proceso se demoro 2 años, para que fuera algo breve y tood a favor del padre del niño quien nos abandono y no ayudo por 2 años. El hizo lo que quizo porque "mi abogada" queria que aceptemos todo lo que ellos querian lara terminar rapido el proceso. Fue lo peor que me paso, ademas de que ella me hablaba muy mal y siempre me decia que si no me gustaba ella que podia presindir de sus servicios.
La elegi tambien porque habla mi idioma (español) ya que el ingles se me dificulta y ella solo me hacia hablar con su asistente en ingles y me decia que ai queria hablar con ella en español debia pagar la consulta de $268 solo para que ella me diga en español lo mismo que la asiatente me decia en ingles gratis. Fueron los 2 años mas horribles y estresantes de mi vida por esta señora y una vez firmado el contrato me abandono y dijo que si tenia preguntas que pague mas consultas.

After this I resent it , she said she will review it, a week went by and then I called again and her assistant told me she was on vacation!

Finally a process that was suppose to take less than a month took 3 months
