The punishment is God's business, but she handled her part professionally. I engaged KPL lawyers to deal with a case I have with a municipality. I sent a retainer for $2000 plus HST $2260. I Didn't hear anything for three (3) business days, so I sent an email to see what the plan of action was. I requested a call so I can chat with my lawyer --> Gaurika
Appointment was made for 11am and to my surprise she didn't call. So, at 11:15 I sent her an email saying we had an appointment and I am still waiting.

She called me within 5 minutes or so, and the call took 7 minutes.

My situation changed and I no longer needed representation, so I sent an email to say please close my file and send my refund, of course raking their fee for the call and other minor administration charges.
To my surprise, I was charged in access of $1500 for the call and YES I WAS CHARGED FOR THE EMAILS TELLING HER SHE WAS LATE AND TELLING HER WHAT THE PLAN WAS?!!!!!

THIS LAW FIRM IS AFTER YOUR MONEY, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
