They’ve consistently provided timely and professional service, assisting me with notarizations, affidavits, and offered valuable support during my real estate dealings. And as a fun side note, the suit of armour in their office really makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a castle! I highly recommend Castle Lawyers for their efficiency and expertise.

I approached Leonard Lyn and his law group with the intent of purchasing a home in the GTA after he was referred to me by family.

My initial interaction with his associate R. Khan was arrogantly distasteful and dismissive from their end. After I sent out an email with everything they required I received no response.

I soon followed up, and decided to deal with Leonard as I was not interested in dealing with Khan. Leonard was attentive and at first, but things took a turn when he requested $250+tax on only his second email to me for "legal advice" to continue our conversation via email. When I asked what advice he thought I required and the extent of that service, I was met with only another email asking for $250+tax for further services, and then with silence.

Castle Law doesn't treat the first time homebuyer with respect. They seem to operate on the basis of belittling anyone who won't pay them upfront for a conversation of intent.

I found myself another lawyer with a much better reputation and tact for dealing with clients, and I encourage anyone else reading this to do the same. I did not have to pay them to have a conversation and they were compensated for all of the ACTUAL services they provided me with.

We had a very disappointing experience with Leonard Lyn and his team at Castle Lawyers. We initially decided to work with them while buying our first home since Leonard took time to meet with us prior to the closing date and answer all our questions. After that, it got harder and harder to reach him or his team. We literally had to call him 3 times and day and we still wouldn't get a response. We sent emails and no response there either. His team was easier to reach but they too were unprofessional. Overall it was a terribly frustrating experience dealing with Castle Lawyers. We most definitely would not recommend them.
