Hired Andrew to handle a small claim court case. In the initial meeting he said the retainer for court would be $5000. He then approached the people to settle. He didn't even ask if all parties were represented. Turns out one of them sold their business so no representation for that company. I suggest you record any & all conversations with these lawyers and do not go by yourself as they change their stories. He also tried to get me to settle for next to nothing. His fees plus half of what the damage cost me. A paralegal has taken over the case and they found out right away that one of the parties were not represented. Feel like I threw away $2000.

Attempted to bring a case with this firm, and was met with a particular gentle man that stone walled me based on my personality. I'm not even sure what set him off, (I suspect due to the various lawyers there). This man is arrogant and If your looking for a lawyer that will talk down to you, and base his decisions of whether he's having an up day or a down day. to even speak to. After a brief 5 minute conversation in which he suddenly told me to find another lawyer.
