This place is awesome! The appointment coordinator was very friendly and made it easy to work around my schedule. My service advisor, Eric, kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and all of the requested work was completed on time. I recently moved to the area and these guys will be my go to for all of my servicing needs. Well, as a local contractor for siding and roofing, we’ve been going to our local fountain tire in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta for a long time now and through the years the owners have changed, but I can tell you the new owners are just as good as the last and every time we go in there, we’re treated like Gold!!!

Went there for a quote for 2sets of tires. Got great quotes, top notch service on install and all. Had some problems on one of my older rims (crack). Todd and his team were super helpful and accommodating along the process of repairing or replacing. (I think I was a relatively difficult customer lol). I’d rate them 11/10.

Good when you are giving him money (owner) sour and rude when you try to get a problem solved that could be a factory issue. The others that work there are good.

Huffing as I tried to get him to help with vibrations in my new tires. He got annoyed and definitely didn't want to help. But sure helped when I spent over $1300 on tires at the beginning.
Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

A lot of the other reviews will tell you the same. If you do happen to go there and have issues, contact the Fountain Tires support and tell them how he treated you. Judging by what I was told, it seems he has had other complaints about him for his attitude. I took my $$ to other places in town that actually care about their customers.

I really wish I had read the Google reviews for Fort Sask Fountain Tire before bringing my truck there.

I took in my dually to have the wheel bearings checked. The next day, they called and told me it wasn’t the wheel bearings but my tires. I already knew my rear tires were a bit worn, but then they told me my front tires also needed replacing due to uneven tread. The best price they could offer for six new tires was $1,900.

I found new tires cheaper elsewhere—no problem. The next day, I brought my new tires in. Before handing them over, I checked my front tires myself, and guess what? They looked fine. They weren’t even a year old. So now I’ve bought two extra tires I didn’t even need. Whatever. I told them I wanted my old front tires back when they were done.

When I picked up my truck, I noticed right away that they had mixed up my rims. My dually has black rims on the outside and grey rims on the inside—but somehow, they put some black rims inside and grey ones outside. It doesn’t take much common sense to put them back in the right order, especially when my truck even has black rim caps.

Then comes the bill: $445 for checking the wheel bearings and swapping six tires—and they couldn’t even put my rims back properly.

Now, I have to bring the truck back again so they can swap the rims and even fix some tires because the tread isn’t oriented correctly. This whole process, which should’ve taken one visit, has now wasted three days of my time and cost me $445.

To top it off, I got my old front tires back, and—no surprise—they still look nearly brand new. This shop is nothing but a money grab.

And the attitude and looks they give you... Not worth it either. Read the reviews on Google before bringing your truck there—I wish I had

Incredible experience here. Got a flat tire on the way to Fort Sask. I was able to make it to Fountain tire, after being turned away by another tire shop in town. Fountain squeezed me in to throw on the spare tire for me. The lady I spoke to genuinely cared and helped get me on my way. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend their service.

My suv tire was flat! Luckily fountain tire was conveniently across the parking lot. Without an appointment I was able to get my tire looked at and replaced with in 60 minutes. service was great. I Definitely recommend this location for tire service.

I dropped off my truck with a slow leak on my drivers front tire, The staff was not really friendly and almost seem irritated with helping me out. I’m sure they are busy but shops when you have emergency situations like that are thoughtful. I picked up the truck as I left it with them for the day and paid for a faulty valve stem that they said was leaking. The next morning, on my way to work I nearly have a flat in the same Tire, hoping I can get to work on time obviously It is not repaired and I paid $50 to boot. Thanks, everyone
