Colleen is extremely rude and incompetent. Her assistant actually threw something at me. Left documents at my house for another client. Great privacy. I changed lawyers. They suggested I contact the bar association. I just walked away.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with Colleen. She is rude, arrogant and has ZERO customer service. She had decided to no longer do corporate law which is 100% ok and her decision. Her office sends us a letter to come pick up all our documents and seal by booking an appointment.

In the letter it states that someone else could pick up the document on my behalf if I cannot. I would have to send that person with a letter. I did. She would not release my documents because I have now been married since I incorporated.

Instead of being helpful and explaining I need to send my marriage license, she decides to tell my sister to leave her office until we get sorted and was extremely rude. The office clerk was also very rude, and they were not helpful what so ever. My sister said she would call me to sort this out and they said no.

Anytime I would try to speak Colleen would just talk over me and was not helpful what so ever. She wouldn't answer our questions as to WHAT we need to do or help us figure out what we need until we had to FIGHT with her over the phone.

I finally got an answer that I needed to send my marriage licence to prove it was me. I 100% can understand why this was needed. But it was the fact that all she would do is be rude and tell us to get out of her office and sort through it myself.

They then threw the papers at my sister to sign it, and told her to wait outside vs being allowed in her office.

Colleen also said "I dont even know this person, I haven't seen her since 2018". However, about 6 months ago she visited my BNI chapter and pretended she did know me. Fake person all around.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID at all cost. IF you are looking for a laywer to be someone you could count on, it is NOT her.

On top of this, which I wasn't going to write in a review previously, because "stuff happens" and I believe in second chances -- I originally hired her in 2018 for my corporation to be set up.

It was agreed upon that she would have it complete so it was a Jan 1st start. Colleen decided to go on vacation without telling me and did NOT complete the work on time. So now my year end is on Feb 1st. Not the end of the world, but it was the fact she agreed to a certain timeline and decided to go on vacation without completing the work she agreed to.

If you've read this far, I highly recommend avoiding at all cost.
