I had Max Shiffman take care of the legal end on a mildly complicated real estate transaction for me. He did a great job. We completed the transaction quickly, and none of the complications made their way to me. Max got the job done, kept me well informed, and gave me plenty of advance notice whenever he needed anything from me. He also communicated clearly with me and was very easy to get in touch with. I actually emailed him once, with a request for a phone conference, and while I was still working on the issue that needed to be addressed, within minutes of me sending the email, my phone started ringing. I would say that I'm completely satisfied with the job Max did for me, and enjoyed working and speaking with him, and I haven't even met the man as we are 6 hours apart.
