I’ve always had positive experiences with the ladies behind the counter who are more than qualified and capable, and do an excellent job dealing with difficult members of the public on a daily basis. So thank you and also thank you to support staff and the Special Constable’s.🙏

Prospector was ill-tempered, disrespectful, rude and arrogant. His behaviour does not encourage public confidence and trust in the justice system. Its seems like he could benefit from some training in anger management. He made nasty comments to a person who was simply waiting his turn and just seemed to want to provoke confrontation.

Horrible customer service. Tone of voice is so rude, attitude is garbage, and not even helpful with any kind of information you ask for. No idea why they are even open, to help the community or to rob them. Not everyone with a parking, or provincial ticket is guilt nor at fault, so have some manners and treat everyone up to humanity standards. I wish there was someone out there to report these people to, but what can you expect from a corrupted government.

Went in to pay a parking ticket, the two attendants were entirely unhelpful and did not know the own workings of the system they claim to represent.

Had I not explained the issue in greater detail I would have walked out without payment and would have faced serious legal ramifications, all at the fault of those two ladies.

In addition to not being helpful they were blatantly rude and abrasive to the point of wanting to leave without resolving the issue.

Drive to another municipality if you need to go to a provincial court office.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Rude, nasty people ,should be fired. Unable to give basic information. Was hung up on, had to call back. Was told someone would call back with more information. Never received call back. Assisting my elderly father with hearing issues, was told I need to be his power of attorney. It is his right to assistance, he is not cognitively impaired. Acting as information interpreter. He was present and able to answer questions and give input once the information was relayed to him. Requested to speak to the Crown attorney several times; as the information he received stated he could. Was told he didn't get to talk to anyone other then phone answering person. Poor system management. Should have more competent staff . The call was for the Crown attorney, not ineffective, inefficient phone answers with no information and bad attitudes.

Not sure how it is these days but way back when I had a BS traffic ticket, which in a Police offer lied on the report about the facts, I would go there every day waiting hours but would never get called to speak to the prosecutor. The judge at that time was really weird as well.

The judge I faced was impartial and registered all the evidence I presented in my case. Then he went ahead and dismissed my case even though the policeman turned up and presented his side.

The whole place seems to be one giant conflict of interest where the judge is friends with the prosecutor who is also friends with the officers . which leaves no hope for justice for the standard citizens looking to defend themselves agansit tyranny . there will be no regard for any evidence provided . even when the officer can't gorm his or her own statements they will be held above alll others .
