I have been relying on Colton for over 10 years now. My first iphone was already 3 years old when he did a quick and effective 'fix' right in front of me. When it finally gave up the ghost 6 years ago he recommended a replacement -- the cheapest and the best one for me. It still works like a charm. Last week I asked him for his advice on a phone for Martin -- his first phone. He recommended the cheapest and the best one for Martin (no sales pitch, just advice). It is terrific and is now mine. (Martin took on the old one.) If we have any questions at all, Colton is there to answer them. He has our total trust in his field of electronics. He is also a very good photographer too!

Super helpful independent phone repair shop. I had some trouble getting my United States phone to connect up here and he was very patient to help me debug the problem. Bonus: beautiful wildlife pictures by the owner. 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my old phone in as it was dead dead dead (I thought!) but Colton figured it out within 5 minutes and made an economical suggestion for me...no need to upgrade if what I had was working for me. I really appreciated that he didn't upsell me and fixed my phone in a very timely manner. He was also very courteous and I appreciated the service. Highly recommended!

Colton is a miracle worker - can't say enough good things about him. Super fast and effective service, and more than reasonably priced. He has helped me with replacing a cracked iPad screen (more than once, truth be told) and recovering data/photos from devices that turned on me. Highly recommend you stop in and see him if you are having problems with your mobile devices.

My phone refused to turn on when I got up on the second last morning of my holiday on Saltspring. I dropped it off at this shop, and Colton immediately knew I needed a new battery. He had one in stock and in a couple of hours, I was on my way. What a relief. I also overheard him drop the price of a service for a young local woman who didn't have any money that day to pay him. A truly good man.
