I'm very skeptical at the legitimacy of the other reviews for Mark here. I'm writing this only to hopefully guide others from having the same experience I had to endure with this guy. He started out sounding quite knowledgeable and responsive and instilled confidence in dealing with a traffic ticket issue. That quickly went downhill after providing him his fee. From that point forward it was crickets from him. To the point that for a considerable time, I thought he was an actual scammer/fraudster. I eventually received some communication back (several times it took weeks for any response) At one point, I tried to find him at his office at 303 Bagot Street because I thought I had been scammed. I searched for 30 minutes and did not find his office anywhere (I do not believe he actually has an office there). When my trial came, he was so incompetent in the proceedings that the court guard glanced at me a couple times with a "I'm so sorry" look on his face! It was embarrassing! I'm not writing this review to be vindictive, just to give an honest review and hopefully save someone from the same experience I had during an already stressful situation.

Highly recommend! Mark is very friendly, knowledgeable and always accessible. He went above and beyond while handling our case during the ever challenging Covid shutdowns. He went to great lengths to understand us and our case and to defend our rights for a fair resolution.

I was fortunate enough to have retained Mark Cardy in my defence of a traffic ticket in Napanee.

I have never been so impressed with a person and their performance in their field/craft.
I got myself into a fair amount of trouble and received traffic charges. Mark took the worst of situations and walked out with a new lease on life for me.
