I was calling around looking for information on a Will and Powers attorney for a sick family member in the Lindsay hospital. I was sadly disappointed with the negative attitude of the lady who answered the phone and with the clerk who apparently works in the wills department. This is an extremely upsetting moment for me and how one answers the phone can make all the difference. Being a law clerk myself, I understand the importance of clients and client relations and do not recommend this firm at all.

To people in Toronto like us: if you are buying a cottage, consider to go to a local lawyer. We initially had a Toronto lawyer (who are also very nice) but they couldn’t figure out some local road situation and said they couldn’t do our case. Again we are so lucky to find Robert and team.

Just had a horrible experience with law clerk Lois Canning. I questioned the cost of an out of Province witnessing of another Lawyers document, which I thought was extremely steep....$500. She hung up on me. I called another lawyer and the cost is $50 - $100. This is a shame that this woman represents this firm as we have used both lawyers here in the past and found them to be excellent.
