This was my very first time working with a lawyer, and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone at Sullivan Law, especially Paige and Leanne, were so kind and patient; they took the time to explain everything in a very manageable way, always leaving room to ask questions and for clarification. As someone purchasing a home for the first time and being unsure of what to expect, they broke each step down and provided clear expectations about what they'll do and what steps I need to do as a first-time homebuyer. Horrible house buying experience.
Not a single straightforward issue was resolved in our favor. Paige Minicola at Sullivan Law Ptbo was rather looking on how to not disappoint seller's lawyer from any side - technically being 2nd seller's lawyer. We were deceived by realtor and seller's lawyer; however, she never paid attention to any of our concerns and refused to protect us, her clients. Paige Minicola couldn't answer a number of questions, offering us to seek advice at another lawyer. We had to reach out to Paige multiple times when we wanted to speak with her and still she wouldn’t reply.
Thanks to this "great" lawyer we learnt that buying a house could be such stressful and frustrating experience.
We bought and sold 4 houses during our life, dealing with 8 different lawyers.
Previously, we never had any issues with any lawyer, but life prepared surprise for us. I'll never recommend them.

I was lucky to work with Barry and Tiffany at Sullivan Law on my joint divorce. Barry was always very forthcoming and honest - he made the process feel less daunting. Tiffany was very supportive of me asking questions around timing and getting back to me. I think that it was a positive experience, minus the circumstances, overall!
