Would not recommend. Would take up to a month to answer an email. Doesn't listen to your request, would never file a motion on a case that dragged 3 years dispite repeatedly asking for a motion date. Would say incorrect information in conferences.

Also made me quite uncomfortable many times, asking me personal questions of sexual nature, telling me how attractive I was constantly. I only stayed with him because I was with legal aid and it was so much of a hassle to even get a lawyer

Anything that was resolved during my time with Dale Brawn was literally because of me and my ex coming to agreements on our own and resolving those matters without any aid from our lawyers at all.

I eventually let him go and represented myself, in which case we were finally able to put this matter at rest after 3 years of Mr. Brawn literally doing nothing and just dragging it on to collect more money I suppose.

He also did a number of odd things, like submitting court docs with another client's info on it to the court. Not informing the ex's lawyer about docs submitted to court then acting surprised when nobody showed up to court. Response times to emails and texts were slow or nonexistent and in the end I feel like it did nothing more than stir up problems that he then had to go fix, which was of course billed for.

The old adage - "those who can't do, teach" comes to mind. So... I wouldn't be too impressed about that resume item.

I'm a very directionally challenged person, so when I went to see my lawyer, his office was easy to find and leave from. I didn't get lost or anything
