If you are a man trying to get custody of your kid save yourself the money. Serge works for the courts and not for the client. After spending almost 2 years in court and nearly 30000 in lawyer fees my exs legal aid lawyer did more for the case free of charge then two of my lawyers combined. Serge does a number of things and protecting children is not one of them. Not a good family law lawyer.

This piece of work has been assigned to my child's case and did not even show up for my sons first day in court.

What ever happened to the law and rights for children? Legal aid also supports fraudulent payouts to legal aid lawyers that don't even know your DOB, proper address and also important documents that have mishandled by Rookie lawyers. May god have mercy on the "wolves in sheeps clothing" that are summoned by justices that serve our Queen. Shame on our court system and its process. All I know is I can say I was there in court for my son

Mr. Treherne has been beyond competent in every capacity in which I have enlisted his services. The office is a little understated but the work he performs is top notch. Highly recommended for family law and real estate matters. There are very few substitutes for experience and he has that in spades.
