I was not happy with the services provided by this law firm. Since I was never able to meet with Ms. Laakso personally, I felt she did not take the time to actually get to know me, my family or my wishes so there were at least five corrections required to my codicil before it could actually be completed. And when it came time to sign it had to be done virtually which was a very impersonal experience for me. The bill provided certainly exceeds the services I received. I will be advising my friends and family to avoid this firm.
