I am trustee for a cousin's estate and had a lot I needed to sell in Canada. I knew no one and had no idea about Canadian law etc. After a not so good experience with an attorney I was referred to another attorney, Guy Brucculeri with Barriston Law in Collingwood. He and his assistant Ashley Hyde were an answer to my prayers. Mr. Brucculeri was very kind and was very responsive throughout my dealings with him, and Ashley was always available as well. They referred me to an excellent accountant who guided me through the Canadian tax laws as well. I would recommend Mr. Brucculeri to anyone who needs an attorney in the Collingwood and surrounding areas. He is kind, understanding and is excellent about answering emails and phone calls, as is Ashley. The two of them make an outstanding team. We completed the real estate transaction, got the taxes taken care of and proceeds wired to the U.S. with excellent guidance all along the way.
