Laura helped me sell a property and navigate through agreements, amendments, payments, and all the tricky stuff that comes with selling a large property with a custom built home. She noticed questionable wording in the contract that made it past both sets of realtors, and past me as well, and made sure to fix it before the sale. It was awesome and having her in my corner made for a smooth, stress free transaction.
She doesn't charge enough for the quality of service that is provided and if I ever need real estate representation in the future I wouldn't settle for anyone else.

I was recommended to Laura by another lawyer to represent me in the process of buying someone out of my house. I would never use this firm again.
They are not upfront on their costs. There were issues with the bank, I believe they represented me in a way that benefited them financially. I ended up being charged close to 2k more with a second bill I was not told about upfront. The law clerk, Sandra, falsified statements that my ex was going to take me to family court over bank delays. This was completely untrue and was done so to pressure and scare me into adding more legal services to their bill. I asked Sandra multiple time about the costs and she never gave me an estimation. When I finally got the bill, and called very upset, all communication was then limited to email. Their job is to represent their clients and mitigate issues with the bank. However, they went forward without having all the paper work done, costing me thousands of dollars. I believe they completely took advantage of me.

Also, the amount of spelling and grammatical errors on Sandra’s emails were embarrassing for a professional law firm.

Laura and everyone else in that office are great! They are a very professional and knowledgeable team.
