I have work with Brian Cummings on a number of different complex insurance questions on a variety of types of coverages with various scopes and challenging questions and he has always approached each situation with a high degree of knowledge and been very responsive regardless of when/how I reach out to him. He has always made me feel confident in my insurance decisions, and helped me feel secure in knowing I have the appropriate coverage and at the right cost. I would highly recommend working with him on any type of policy.

Don't waste your time...
I reached out to Scott Ferrier here for a change in house insurance, telling him my other insurance was renewing in 10 days. He sent me the list of a million questions needed for house insurance then completely ghosted me for almost a month.. I even followed up at one point and still heard nothing until the end of the month when he had the NERVE to suggest i take a penalty by leaving the company that auto renewed me, so he could be my broker. Ridiculous customer service, to not even acknowledge or respond to emails for a month. Not sure what the other brokers are like since I never got to actually use this company.

I had a relatively good relationship with these folks. Right up until I financed a used car.
My broker, Lucy Zawalski, would not tell me what my new rate would be at the time of quote and when I found out weeks later that it was more than I could afford, flat out refused to find me a better rate (which she should have done in the firstplace IMO).
I received a much better rate via Allstate and when I called to cancel my current policy, she had no interest in even trying to counter or keep me as a customer.
Very poor customer service I would say.

Lucy Zawalski is absolutely a breath of fresh air! She is a constant delight to speak with, she is always quick, and accurate. If I ever have any questions about my policy or renewal, she is right there to answer them and explain them to me! I have had many changes to my auto policy and home policy in the last few years and Lucy has always been there to help, guide, and apply her expertise. I believe she absolutely deserves awards and recognition! Mcdougall themselves have wonderful staff, the app is user friendly, emails and calls are responded to immediately, documents always arrive in a timely matter, I cannot even express how happy I am with this company and Lucy! You should all be proud of your accomplishments! Thank you for making this moms life a tad bit easier! Highly recommend Lucy and her team!
