I have been a client of this firm for the longest time however my recent experience with them was terrible. For one thing they over charged me on the closing. Another issue is that I emailed Brads law clerk about some concerns that I had in regards to the closing and unpaid utilities and was totally ignored. On the day of the signing I attempted to bring my concerns forward and he became visibly distraught almost angry that I had expressed my concerns. I had felt that my rights as a client were not being taken care of. There was another instance where he was going through a document of the closing and there was a clause in the document that I was skeptical about and instead of challenging it with the other side he just let us sign the document. I don't feel that the firm has the best interest if their clients at heart and will be changing law firms.
