I have been here 3 times since January. Six months later, I discovered that bc services have never applied for my health care card. The first 2 times I visited, they said its in the mail. Keep waiting. The 3rd visit, they told me there's a name discrepency, they filled it out, and now need to call an 1800 number. They said theres never been an application sent to them. Similar issues in receiving my driver's license. 3rd time I asked about it, they said my temporary license is good for another 3 months, so there is no reason for me to return to bc services for 3 months. They asked me, who said to come back to bc services in 3 weeks. BC services told me that the first 2 visits. There is no consistency in anything they have said to me. Who do I have to bride to get my paperwork moving? Speaking to anyone at bc services in quesnel is a waste of time. Edit: whats the point in complaining to bc services? I have already done that in person, and its obvious no one is being held accountable for the errors they've made. They dont like being told what previous employee's have told me. January 22, 2025 is when I was first at bc services in person. they also dont like seeing the paperwork i have from each visit, it makes bc services look incompetant.

They provide an exeptional service. Road test examiner Dave is so profesional and given his directions so clearly. He explain what is needed to be done. If you do it in a safe manner according to the rules, you will be pass.

amazing service. The road examiner Dave is amazing. Even though I didn’t pass this attempt, he made it very worth going. By booking with Dave whether you pass or not you will come out a better driver than before. He didn’t seem to at all mind taking his time afterwards to explain to me what needs improvement and verbally and visually (using a images of roads and drawing out what he was explaining) teaches you how to fix those mistakes. He also does not make you begin your test until you’re sure you have no more questions and you are ready. To add when giving me my result he was so nice about it and not judgemental. He actually cares about his drivers feelings when get an unsuccessful result. There front desk staff is so friendly as well, and there security guards even help out in the process which I rarely see. They are fast, it took no more than 10 minutes to check in. Their kindness relieves a lot of anxiety towards what ever you are there to attempt. The route may be different for different people, but I really enjoyed the route this building used for my test. In conclusion this is a great place to take your test. With there kindness I could see them being a great option for any other services they offer as well.

Yuka is your go-to agent if you want the best service in this ICBC center.

Due to the post strike, our family’s health cards were stranded but we needed to visit doctor. So we went to the center to get our Health Number. The first agent re-directed us to call ICBC health. This is definitely not helpful.

We finally got our Health Numbers and were able to see doctors after agent Yuka was assigned to help us. She clearly understood our needs and assisted us in a professional manner. No bureaucratics, listened to our needs, verified identities, extracted information from her computer, and clarified with ICBC Health as well.

Able to see doctors timely is very much important to our family. Thank you Yuka! You are the role model of civil servant. We are lucky to have you here in Quesnel.

They don't wanna answer any of the questions, they just expect you to say yes to everything. Even if you are new and not familiar with the rules of BC. They just don't want to help or answer the question. The attitude was so bad. I asked them if i need an appointment even before walking in. They said no and after a while they are like ' You need an appointment for that, we are trying to help you". Does that mean I can't ask any doubt or questions I have. Please improve your service BC.

Very terrible experience my husband had road test here he did a great job but instructor was very rude and dunno why he failed him despite his great performance i heard that this instructor had failed many people that’s why person can get easy appointments here as people do not prefer this place for road test i think instructor should be humble and treat equally.He don’t show bad attitude towards canadian

Came in to pick up a cheque and was told my paperwork was incomplete and I'd have to redo it and file it as late. After that I was told to call a 1-866 number to have them verify the new paperwork... After calling the 866 number, waiting 2 hours on hold and spending several confusing minutes trying to get across what I was told to do; the gentleman on the phone informed me all my paperwork was already in order and the lady should've given me my cheque in the first place when I was in the office. Thank you for wasting over 3 hours of my life and the time of the other employees involved in order to accomplish literally nothing except confuse all the staff involved and irritate me

Super friendly people working there. Very nice experience. It was super busy but they were all grace under fire.

Go up
