Intersect is really great! Always feel supported there and staff is friendly, sometimes they give me baked goods after appointments 🙂

I was a kid who actually went here ; the counsellors are amazing and extremely helpful with anything you need! Some of the teachers were really nice but a lot of them were very rude and one of them went out of her way to deadname me and misgender me. The teachers say mental health comes first but get very mean with you if you're struggling and homeschool for a while. Overall the education was good but some of the teachers could do better.

Pretty good school program and the counsellors are very nice because unlike all the other reviews here I was actual youth going there and not just an angry parent because their child did not agree with how they were being treated by said a parent :)))). they have a craft room and the carpets are nice and comfy. They even have someone with a emotional support dog :D. The school program is full of kind teachers that are there to genuinely help students The only negative thing I can say, is that many of the counsellors put their computers on the bear carpet that is very bad for the CPU of their computers. Please just put a wooden plank under your computer otherwise fantastic place please go. [ here is a picture of a cat to soothe your soul, after reading all of this :D)

My daughter was having difficulties after the divorce so I was looking for support for her and was led into this direction. Worst thing I ever did. They manipulated her into thinking all sorts of ridiculous things. They seem to enjoy making more emotional and mental health issues. Why my daughter needs two councillors from the same building when the first one did nothing to help her well your guess is as good as mine. She used to complain about how close one make teacher was getting to her when I reached out to them I was shut down. All of a sudden I was the bad parent who was abusing my child. When MCFD got involved and I begged her councillor to help my daughter (not me ) my daughter as she is suppose to be supporting her she out right refused to help her. Instead she sat back and watched as she was tossed into youth living even tho we have so much family in town the need for youth living on their own is beyond me. Do not take your child here. Run as fast as you can away from this joke of a system advocating for youth right when pigs fly.

Worst thing I ever did for my child is ask for help from this organization. They poisoned my child confused and manipulated them. And when that wasn’t enough they called. MCFD over and over again.
All this place did was make my child confused and torn between family and a place to belong and leaving them at a young age to be on there own .
Which made things worse not having their mom around so my child tried to commit suicide .
Would have succeeded to had it been later in the day.
I would suggest I think long and hard before going in to see this group because appearances are deceiving .

I am so disappointed in this organization; I can't disclose why, other than perhaps the workers there should learn to be more empathetic and not fake-empathetic towards everyone.
