If you book an appointment it's really quick to get your business done. The last two times I've been in I was seen by Stacy. The first time I was a little worked up over my license and I couldn't believe how helpful and kind she was. And the next time again I was like wow this lady is so nice. And she was super helpful and made my day. She goes above and beyond.

Friendly staff and efficient! I booked an appointment online and arrived half an hour early. I sat down for less than a minute and was called up right way. Very satisfied with the service.

The white lady at the lobby (first door) holding a tablet was so rude and displayed racist behaviour towards me. When I came in, I said Hello to her and she just stared at me and didn’t say anything back. Just as I was entering the main building a white man was leaving, she said hello to him and asked if he would like to fill out a survey which he declined. When I was done with my appointment, I walked past her and she did not attempt to ask me about the survey or even wish me a good day. I see from the reviews here that I am not the only one that lady has been racist to. Why is she still employed there?

Everything is good. Just one guy who is being racist whenever he see turbans, this is w. Name karam chadaa, thats what he said his name is. Every other member of this staff is great and help you as much as they can but i dont know why this kind of people get hired when they are treating customers on reception desk like they dont want them to be here.

The place is very crowded. You can either take an appointment online or walk-in. If you walk-in you might have to wait for a couple hours or so to see someone. However, with having an appointment in hand you can do your stuff right away. Very friendly staff.
