The executor for my Moms estate in Ontario ask this guy Marvin if he would handle a probate for him here in BC. This lawyer would never answer any of our phone calls or e mails.When I finally got him on the phone he just kept giving excuses as to why the job wasnt done. I would never go to him again. This process started in Feb of 2024 and has never been started.

Willing to go the extra mile at a moments notice...I had Marvin and Chris prepare some documents for me. Unfortunately, I had to change the pre-scheduled time I committed to review and sign them. I was in a tuff spot given I needed to sign the documents on the day in question. Marvin and Chris rearranged their schedules and Chris traveled back into the office to accommodate me. If I have any legal requirements in the future, I will be calling Marvin and Chris without question.
