Unprofessional and Deceptive: Do Not Trust GSI Immigration Services
I engaged GSI Immigration Services to handle my parents' visitor visa application, hoping for a smooth and professional process. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Firstly, despite their promises of personalized service, I never got the chance to speak with the consultant, Ms. Rahimi. It became evident that this "family-operated" business lacked the professionalism it claimed to offer.

Moreover, they charged me a hefty fee of $1500, assuring me that I need not worry as they would guide me through the entire process. However, their actions proved otherwise. They insisted on updating document translations unnecessarily, merely to line their pockets with additional fees by referring me to their preferred translators.

To add insult to injury, my parents' visa application was rejected, and GSI Immigration Services had the audacity to inform me of this unfortunate news via a casual text message. When I reached out to them seeking guidance on what steps to take next, they callously brushed me off, claiming they were not legal professionals and therefore couldn't assist further.

Their lack of transparency and accountability was appalling. When confronted about why they hadn't alerted me to potential issues earlier, they conveniently denied ever making such promises, leaving me in a state of shock and disbelief.

In a desperate attempt to reclaim my hard-earned money, I emailed them requesting a refund, but to no avail. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to address my concerns speaks volumes about their integrity and reliability.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear of GSI Immigration Services at all costs. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss by seeking assistance elsewhere. I urge everyone to heed this warning and avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.
