What an amazing experience, at this Lawyers. I had a Will completed in three days. Carol was absolutely wonderful, with keeping me advised and really quick with sending and replying to emails. Unprofessional staff , They are spelling biased on non white names. The office is not detail oriented. They got my name wrong repeatedly. A reflection of their abilities.

I hate to be that one star reviewer but unfortunately I was never given the opportunity to rate them anything else.

I decided I wanted to consult a local law firm for my situation and Golbey Levine seemed like a great fit given all of the 5 star reviews.

I initially made a phone call, explained my situation and was literally told the next call I’d get would be a response from the firm. I waited on that for 3 days, then giving them the benefit of the doubt I phoned in again to see what had happened. On that call it seemed evident they had no record of my initial contact, so after having to explain my situation all over again I was told my query would be directed to a suitable lawyer. And that is where my dealings with the business appear to have ended.

Not really a great experience when I had a time sensitive situation I needed advice on. Admittedly I didn’t mention it was time sensitive, but then I wasn’t expecting to get ghosted.. twice.
