Very positive service experience! Jennifer Cook and I spoke today for my 3 year auto insurance review. She was incredibly positive despite me almost rescheduling when she called due to a busy day at work. But oh boy, I’m glad I took a break to talk! I had a lot more questions than I thought and walked away with a lot of good information for the future, AND not to mention an increase to my medical rehab benefits side by side a DECREASE in my overall premium! Will definitely be sticking around for the long run.

I would not ever use this company I was a loyal customer for 40 years and i made a mistake and to be callled names and disrespect me on the phone that is only one reason , I pay off all my bills and then get an increase and drop the value of my house and property and expect me to accept it , really what a scam you run , I never ever received any reductions that I was entitled, just increase in price , you can not even return phone calls to explain I've been told by the big company that it's not right and it was your company that decided to not tben8its your loca8 company well like I said as of today your cancelled and I don't ever want you or your company to ever call my number glad I paid for all your vacation and ewmploees and I hope other people read this and vdrop you to and make you feel how I feel b, take care and go away just cancel .e and don't ever call me
